CBC News has identified two of the men who died in a small plane crash northeast of Smithers, B.C., on Saturday. The crash killed three people and injured one.
One of the victims was 26-year-old Amir Ilya Sedghi.

Germany was forced to rush to pass legislation on the back of the tragedy of the crash of Germanwings flight 4U9525 on 24 March 2015, where a class of students returning from a language exchange were all killed. Their families, and the German public then discovered that much like in British Columbia, under their current wrongful death laws that these children’s lives had no value.
