No-fault motor vehicle insurance legislation will be disastrous for ensuring victim rights and access to justice for the citizens of the province. We have sent a letter to the Attorney General’s office advising both on the history of ICBC and alternative measures that would allow us to solely focus on root cause prevention of accidents in the first place.Â
